Details
After starting the Thunderbird and not entering login information for the IMAP
account, compose a new message and send it. After delivery this message is
copied to the Sent folder on IMAP account, but no log-in dialog for this
operation is offered, so the copying fails. One has to click "Get mail" first to
activate the log-in dialog
