I can't install a theme, it does nothing when i click on a link "Install now"
and when I download it I can't install it from my hard drive.
What can i do?

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.click on a link for a theme page
2.Click on the link "Install now"
3.Right-clik to download

Actual Results:  
after 2. nothing
after 3. I've ot the jar file on my hard drive but i don't know how to install it.

Expected Results:  
after 2. propose to install the theme

Which theme?  Usually the theme manager would launch if you left click.  If you
save it to your hard drive, you could drag and drop it there.
