It happens irrespective of which character encoding I use for the data file (cp1250 - default, iso8859-2 or utf8) Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Open import dialog box in Address Book 2.Select the file Actual Results: 1.View strange characters in the field selection box 2.View the same characters in my new address book Expected Results: Try to recognise the encoding automatically or better ask the user for encoding type used in the file
