After the second page of the process, Firefox froze. I used Windows Task Manager to close Firefox, which was not responding. After restarting Firefox and going back, the windows were different, but it didn't hang. Whenever "continue" was prompted, no button appeared. By moving the cursor around, I found the location where the button should have appeard, but didn't; and clicked there to continue. Problem 268900, comment 4 from Amy appears to be the same. Reproducible: Always
Works for me, just went through 3 steps without any problems at all.
