mail attachments cannot be deleted without deleting the complete mail message.
This is a necessary function if you don't want to get an extranious mail file.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Produce a mail
2.attach a big file
3.send

Actual Results:  
I get a mail file in the "sent" folder, but I cannot get a smaller file by
deleting the big attachment.


Expected Results:  
delete the attachment only and keep the mail file.
