Combobox size remains fixed till text size changes

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open any page with combobox control
2. Change text size (Ctrl++ or Ctrl+- by default)

Actual Results:  
Combobox size (height) is unchanged

Expected Results:  
Render sizes of all controls depend of current text size
