When deleting a folder, Thunderbird prompts for confirmation. This dialog box should mention the name 
of the folder to be deleted, so the user can confirm the right mailbox is about to be deleted.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Click a folder in the left-side panel to select it.
2. Right-click the folder to get a menu.
3. Delete Folder

Actual Results:  
I get a confirmation dialog which doesn't specify what is to be deleted.

Expected Results:  
The title or text of the confirmation dialog should include the name of the folder about to be deleted.
