Summary: Thunderbird trunk throws up "String ID 104" instead of the "This server
requires authentication..." text.

This _doesn't_ happen in Seamonkey trunk.

Steps to Reproduce:

1.  Set up an IMAP account which requires SSL.
2.  After finishing, click on the Inbox.

Expected: "This server requires authentication..."

Actual: String ID 104
Sorry, it's "String ID 5104".
