28633 - UI: Account manager lists accounts in arbitrary order

In my Account Settings list, my accounts are 
out of order.  They are listed as follows:

server9 (IMAP)
server1 (IMAP)
server6 (POP)
server3 (IMAP)
server8 (POP)
server5 (NNTP)
server2 (Local Mail)

The folder pane has them listed by server #.  Relevant entries in prefs.js:

user_pref("mail.accountmanager.accounts",
"account1,account2,account3,account5,account6,account8,account9");

user_pref("mail.server.server1.name", "Math");
user_pref("mail.server.server2.name", "Local Mail");
user_pref("mail.server.server3.name", "UCLink");
user_pref("mail.server.server5.name", "Mozilla");
user_pref("mail.server.server6.name", "PacBell");
user_pref("mail.server.server8.name", "etoy");
user_pref("mail.server.server9.name", "[e-mail]");

Yeah, and it really is arbitrary.

I think the fix is pretty straight forward, just have to set the sort key.

Mass moving to M16 to get these off the M15 radar.  Please let me know if this
is really an M15 stopper.

I think this should be fixed in this release, didn't put nsbeta2 keyword because
it's not an all-out stopper, but it sure makes the account dialog more confusing
for those who will try/use multiple accounts. Please rethink the milestone
target.
