CMD+, the keyboard shortcut commonly used to increase text size in Mac apps, no
longer works on the 10-key in Camino.  It has been re-assigned to CMD= which is
nonstandard and nonintuitive.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Load webpage
2.Attempt to increase size with CMD+ keyboard shortcut (using the 10-key +)


Actual Results:  
System beeps in disapproval.

Expected Results:  
Text size should have increased.
