linux: PgUp, PgDown, spacebar sometimes fail

Details
a weird regression --just noticed it while using today's opt comm bits on linux,
2000022108. not sure if i should reopen bug 23401, since it i've only seen on
linux so far... has anyone else seen this?
to repro:
1. open a new browser window (i used Alt+N).
2. hit Alt+L to bring up the Open Web Location dialog.
3. paste in a URL (eg, from Communicator 4.7x), eg,
http://voodoolady/bugzilla/bugzillanestedtables.html --i used the middle mouse
button to paste.
4. click Open button.
5. after the page loads, attempt to scroll using any of the following keys: Page
Down, Page Up, spacebar.
result: unable to scroll using those keys.

Can you scroll with the scrollbar? If not, then this is a dup of bug 26658.

yah, sounds like 26658 --it's only the single [new] browser, not all browser
windows --and reloading helps remedy the problem. thanks for point it out, zach!
