User-Agent:       Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.7.6) Gecko/20050317 Firefox/0.9
Build Identifier: version 1.0.2 (20050317)

Per the documentation, I have the following in my user.js file:

user_pref("mail.quoted_graphical", false);
user_pref("mail.quoteasblock", false);
user_pref("mailnews.display.disable_format_flowed_support", true);

I also have View -> Message Body As set to Plain Text. However, I still do not
have the text-only look I want to my mail -- the excerpt bar is still visible
next to the > style quote marks. I'm attaching a screenshot that shows this.

Not reproduced anymore. I made the pref changes, restarted TB and the lines were gone. Closing.
