Please implement this feature found in epiphany:

After typing a character in location bar, all the bookmarks and history
containing it (case insensitive!) are shown in a dropdown list after a small
delay. Type another character, the list is updated with bookmarks containing both.

Please test this in epiphany gnome web browser.
Would this feature be something like a combination of bug 101642 and Bug 129687?
