This isn't really a bug, just something I've noticed and I think would be
correct for the safe of new users :D

The semantic of arrows in ordered fields, is pratically inverted than the usual
Microsoft one (and not only microsoft).

The arrow layout of an ascending ordered field in thunderbird corresponds, for
exmaple, to a descending ordered field in Outlook...

The question is much more wide as you can figure.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. click on a field title and compare the result
