Understanding that the appeal of firefox is way beyond the developer or even the
particularly software-savvy, the instructions to report problems on the update
website should be targeted toward this more general audience rather than the
developers who probably already know how because they've been using bugzilla for
years.  While I can understand the theory that for most products, people who
really need handholding just to enter a bug don't usually provide
correctly-detailed feedback, even non-OSS-savvy web developers or power users
can help you improve the website by reporting difficulties, inaccuracies or
misspellings.

https://addons.mozilla.org/support.php is linked in the footer of all the pages. We're hesitant about a direct email link, but the bugzilla link is there.

yeah, i originally opened this a year ago.  it doesn't even apply anymore, since the page i reported it on has moved and the whole addons site has changed.
