i just applied the royale xp theme, maybe thats the problem.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.load browser
2.control b

Actual Results:  
the window part of the browser jumps arround

Expected Results:  
been still?

What browser are you using that has this problem?  I'm sure it wasn't MSIE
(which you used to file this bug) because the bug shouldn't even be in this bug
system if that's the case. :)  It certainly isn't Bugzilla (the product you
filed this in), since Bugzilla isn't even a browser. ;)

Can you post which browser you're using, and also move this bug to the
associated product for that browser?  It should be one of Camino, Firefox, or
Mozilla Application Suite.

sorry for bugspam, long-overdue mass reassign of ancient QA contact bugs, filter on "beltznerLovesGoats" to get rid of this mass change
