It always reproduces with trunk and 1.0.1 branch build. 

It changes into "if Tb is re-started when the end of the filter name is \. 

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create Message Filter. \ is specified at the end of the filter name.
   ex) filter name : abc\
2. Tb is re-start. 
3. See Message Filter List

Actual Results:
   "abc\" has changed into "abc"". 

Windows XP
version 1.0+ (20050421) trunk build & 1.0 release build

And in Mac version, there is no problem.

(filter ending in '/' works)
