User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.8b2) Gecko/20050507 Firefox/1.0+ Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.8b2) Gecko/20050507 Firefox/1.0+ Whenever you follow a link or change tabs in this version of firefox 7th May2005 nightly trunk build (got it on the 8th), the URL bar doesn't change to match the new loction. The URL shows an image taken when I had just gone from google to slashdot. Also, not entirely related and probably already reported, it didn't add http:// onto the front of the URL. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Open new tab 2. Go to a website 3. Open second tab 4. Go to a different website 5. Change back to the first tab Actual Results: The URL *didn't* change! Expected Results: changed the URL bar to match the URL of the page I was currently viewing. about:buildconfig output: about:buildconfig Build platform target i686-pc-linux-gnu Build tools Compiler Version Compiler flags gcc gcc version 3.3.2 20031022 (Red Hat Linux 3.3.2-1) -Wall -W -Wno-unused -Wpointer-arith -Wcast-align -Wno-long-long -pedantic -pthread -pipe c++ gcc version 3.3.2 20031022 (Red Hat Linux 3.3.2-1) -fno-rtti -fno-exceptions -Wall -Wconversion -Wpointer-arith -Wcast-align -Woverloaded-virtual -Wsynth -Wno-ctor-dtor-privacy -Wno-non-virtual-dtor -Wno-long-long -pedantic -fshort-wchar -pthread -pipe -I/usr/X11R6/include Configure arguments --enable-application=browser --disable-debug '--enable-optimize=-Os -freorder-blocks -fno-reorder-functions -gstabs+' --disable-tests --enable-official-branding --enable-default-toolkit=gtk2 --enable-xft --disable-freetype2 --enable-static --disable-shared I run Gentoo Linux, updated nearly every day to the stable release though it is running the unstable KDE 3.4.

This is no longer the case (don't know when it stopped being it but I downloaded the 24/05/2005 nightly build and it works fine now).
