If you get the milestone build, you get talkback included. But with nightly builds it isn't the case. It means it's much harder to get significant data about a crash (unless you can reproduce it). All builds, including nightly ones, should have talkback built in.
We've talked about doing this before, but i can't remember why we haven't. Reassigning to leaf, who would know better.

We haven't done this because the talkback client is not for release, so i have to pull a commercial tree and talk to netscape talkback servers in order to make this work. I'll have this done for windows Real Soon Now.

It's amazing what the daily process keeps you from getting to. Like making the daily process better. I should have time to work on this now.
