[rfe] move / copy "widget" in the 3 pane (instead of, or addition to the view "widget")

I was using squirrelmail (webmail application) and I found this to be very useful.

I'll post a screen shot and elaborate on why this might be useful.

i'm not interested in this in the main mail UI by default.

But feel free to make it a customizeable toolbar button which users who want it
can just drag onto the toolbar. That's the beauty of customizeable toolbars :)

p.s. we already have this today with the Optional File Button as well.

a non-default customizable toolbar button makes the most sense, thanks scott.

I'll re-assign to me for now.  

what's nice about this feature (in squirrel mail) is that it persists to the folder you chose last, no matter 
if you switch folders, making move one click away.

sorry for the spam.  making bugzilla reflect reality as I'm not working on these bugs.  filter on FOOBARCHEESE to remove these in bulk.
