found using 200505250x-trunk tbird builds on Mac OS X (10.4.1) and Linux fc3.

this is not a problem on Windows.

to observe, select the the File > New submenu.

result: the bottom of submenu contains a separator, but is missing the last
item, Address Book Card.
I fixed this morning i just didn't bother filing a bug for it.
