29569 - need to truncate long menu items more on mac

found this while verifying bug 19209 on the mac. couldn't find a dup on this
after a quick bugzilla search, but if you know of the right one, feel free to
dup this one. using opt comm bits 2000022808.

1. go to the above URL.
2. add the page to your bookmarks (Bookmark > Add Current Page).
3. display the Bookmarks menu.

expected: The title of the page should be truncated. the above example is very
long and truncates to "Analyze the Microsoft PWL file and i..." on winNT and
linux.

result: on the mac, it doesn't truncate the title completely, but instead takes
up the maximum screen width (then truncates).

btw, this is only a problem in the native menu --the title is nicely truncated
in the XP bookmarks menu in the toolbar.

Now the menu item gets truncated.Verified fixed on mac build 2000092212m18.
