295731 - Favicon of previous site remains in tab when opening bookmark manager (conditional)

This is hard to reproduce, but I'm fairly sure it's legit.

When opening the bookmark manager in a tab, the favicon (site icon) of the
website you were currently viewing remains in the tab if you switch to another
tab before the bookmark manager finishes loading.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open a website with a favicon (mozilla.org for example)
2. Click to open the bookmark manager (it's slower than using the key command)
3. *Immediately* change tabs

Results:
If you changed tabs before the bookmark manager finished loading, the icon from
mozilla.org (or whatever website you were at) will be the icon for the bookmark
manager in the tab. If you didn't, the icon will change appropriately to the
globe icon.

Also when you get the "warning" icon from an error page and go to the Bookmarks
Mgr in the same tab (no switching needed), the warning icon remains for
about:bookmarks.

Shouldn't about:bookmarks/about:history display the little green bookmark icon
instead of the globe, anyway? (er, is there already a bug about this?)

I reproduced the error on my build I did on source pulled this morning... I
attached the screenshot, may have something to do with bug 298289?
