My compleet firefox browser bounces op and down when I start it. Most of the
time it goes away when I leftclick or toolbars--> customize --> restore default
settings. I cant exactly tell what is causing it but here is I think the most
likely reason: I've got a bookmarks folder (Quick Links) Next to the help tab in
my toolbar. After I switched from show icons/icons/text (toolbars --> customize)
the toolbars started to 'bounce' webpages are also 'slightly' moving, eg: on
google the google logo and the searchbar move about 1 to 2 mm.

Maybe some of my extension are also causing problem: 
Menu Editor has also to do with the menu's (but only whats in them not how/where
they are formed).
Adblock, Ieview, BandwithTester, Refspoof, BugMeNot DownTHEMall, ForcastFox and
Extension Sort have no influence on this bug I think.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Adding Bookmarks folder after help tab?
2. Setting toolbars --> costumize to text icons/icons/text
3. Restarting Firefox Browser

Again I'm not exactly sure what caused the problem, only that it occures every
time I start Firefox.

Actual Results:  
Toolbars/Startpage starts to 'bounce' on my screen

Expected Results:  
Everything stays steady on its place.

I use the standard Firefox theme, see above.

bug 247116 sounds very familiar; my "new folder (Quick Links)" consists also of
bookmarks (Bookmarks Toolbar Folder), so I think this one is caused by the same
problem. Bug's dubble posted, so I think this could be closed. Should have
checked the reported bug list closed, sry.
