See this on yesterday's commercial builds (2000022808m15)

1. Install and launch the browser
2. In the location box, focus the mouse and left click in it( in the middle
of      the url ).
3. As the cursor blinks, use the forward arrow key to move the cursor to
the        right end of the url string.
4. Notice that as the cursor passes the last character in the locationbox,
it       disappears.

Expected Result: The cursor should still be blinking and be visible
