Details

User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.7.8) Gecko/20050511 Firefox/1.0.4
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.7.8) Gecko/20050511 Firefox/1.0.4

When I am browsing a website in Full Screen mode and they try to close it it
closes without any prompt even when I have multiple tabs open (blank or on a
website/file). If I use Alt+F4 or Ctrl+Shift+W it shows the prompt, but not when
using the (obvious?) close button. I remember that before Firefox 1.0 the
developers had to resolve a similar issue the Ctrl+Shift+W combination, but as
it was quickly resolved, I would think this could be easily resolved as well.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Firefox (with Options|Advanced|Tabbed Browsing:Warn when closing
multiple tabs enabled)
2. Open one or more additional tabs *
3. Press F11 (or View|Full Screen) to enter Full Screen mode *
4. Click on Close (X) button.
*Also manifests itself when steps 2 and 3 are reversed (creating more tabs when
already in Full Screen mode)

Actual Results:
It closes with no prompt.

Expected Results:
Show the 'Confirm Close' dialog box to see if I really want to close the browser.

This bug (or rather 283987) is still not resolved as of Firefox 1.0.4. I created
this because a search using "full screen" as the arguments showed nothing
similar, but apparantly the original was already marked as resolved. This
explains why they mention the statistic that 50% of bugs in bugzilla are duplicates.
