Opened Save Page As dialog on one window breakes functionality of other windows.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. open 2 or more FF windows 
2. choose File -> 'Save Page As...' on the first one and leave it like that
3. try to browse any page on other window, use context menu...

Actual Results:  
Window functionality is broken.

Expected Results:  
Window is fully functional.
