This is a well known issue for Mozilla. Espacially this happens after installing
some *.xpi Extensions. 

To solve this Problem, try to delete the xul.mfl and probably the chrome.rdf too
while Mozilla is complete closed (don't forget Quickstart).

On Win2k the xul.mfl is located at something like:
[Rootdrive]:\Documents and Settings\[Username]\Locale Settings\Application
Data\Mozilla\Profiles\default

You will find the chrome.rdf in the \chrome Subfolder in your Profile. Restart
Mozilla after Deleting/Rename this Files.

This is not enough in this case:
