downloaded and installed the newest nightly build and when it starts on any web
page it has the message:
    <menuitem id-"menu_helppopup_reportertoolmenu"
____^
across the bottom of the browser window with the "normal" bottom of the window
pushed up by about 5 lines.  It remains even when the page is resized.


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install current build
2. open a web page
3. check at another web page

Actual Results:  
corruption on bottom of screen
I performed a search for this bug, but didn't find one.  Now I see it has been
reported in 298840  Sorry about the duplication.
