User-Agent:       Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8b2) Gecko/20050628
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8b2) Gecko/20050628

For the last few Mozilla nightly builds, the "HelpPopup_reportertoolmenu" on the
component bar appears as text, not as an icon. The GUI result is that the
component bar is vertically expanded to ~2-3cm rather than the normal ~0.5cm
that is normally seen. The text that appears is as follows: <menuitem
id="menu_HelpPopup_reportertoolmenu"----^.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Install new build
2.The inappropriate component bar appears
3.

Expected Results:
All older builds display the Popup reporter icon as an icon, and the only fix I
have is to revert to a released build. This bug takes up a large chunk of
screen area, and makes current builds unusable. I install new builds to test
for bug, and then immediately revert to 1.7.8. I don't know how widespread this
is, but for me it has been a "blocker" for at least a week.
