when replying to a mail-address like this one (copyied from mail source)
=?iso-8859-1?Q?XXXXXX=2C_Andr=E9?= <XXXXXX>
the reply mail shows two addresses( "XXXXXX <XXXXXX>" and "André" )

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.nothing special - see details

Actual Results:  
both mail addresses are obviously wrong

Expected Results:  
reply to "XXXXXX, André <XXXXXX>"
This looks like a duplicate of bug 254519.
