"The file /res/hiddenWindows.html cannot be found. Please check the location and
try again."

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. start browser
2. Popup appears
3. Press button

Actual Results:  
Browser starts up

Expected Results:  
No pop up
