300505 - Netscape branding still shows up in Linux Talkback

Using the latest 1.0.5 branch build (2005-07-11), when Talkback launches the
Netscape branding is still showing.  Need to correct this.

Brian or Shiva:  From what I remember, the Linux Talkback UI i a bit more
difficult to modify than on Mac and Windows.  Is that true?  If so, I don't
think there is much we can do.  But if this is at all possible, we should try to
get this fixed for 1.5.

Looks as if this branding is okay using today's bon echo build, not sure about the 1.8.0. branch.

ispiked mentioned the other day that this bug is still present on Linux Thunderbird.

We should really fix this for Thunderbird 2.0, as the problem exists there and on the 1.5.0.7 branch.
