301331 - Error during startup of mozilla browser

Everytime I start the browser, I get an alert window saying "file
/res/hidden.html not found".  When you click Ok the browser window appears as
normal.

Also, when one browser window is open and then you click the mozilla icon, the
error dosen't appear.  So the problem is occurs only when freshly loading mozilla.
This problem did not occur before this build.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Double click mozilla browser icon


Actual Results:  
Alert window that appers before browser opens up

Expected Results:  
It should have just presented the browser window

Please search for dupes before filling new bugs. Please test with a build less
than 3 days old before filling bugs as major as this as there likely to have
already been fixed.
