Details

The end of item 2, "No obligation", sort of leaves one hanging.  In the
(unlikely?) event that someone might be moved to assist, it would help to
encourage and inform them of the next best step - eg  to make a test case,
triage, code etc. (the bug writing guidelines, while good, in this case doesn't
cut it)

There is no lack of good MFO web pages, so a few words and a one or two links to
helpful web pages is all that's needed.
Wayne: can you suggest some additional text, with links?
