Steps to reproduce:
1) Go to http://www.surfware.com/ put the mouse over a link and then remove it
from the link. Notice the status bar text "SURFCAM CAD/CAM Systems by Surfware,
Inc." (should I file a seperate bug on the fact that status bar text is not set
until after a mouseover on a link?)
2) Visit another URL. When page is done loading mouseover and then mouseout a
link. Notice that the status bar text is still from SURFCAM?
Expected:
The status bar text set at one site should not persist in other sites.

I can verify this with current build on NT (030313). cbegle, I have no idea who
should get this. Thoughts?
