In mail or news, a group or folder with a large number of headers is impossibly
sluggish to resize or scroll through.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Subscribe to newsgroup with large article count (e.g. comp.lang.c)
2. Receive headers
3. Scroll & resize through the headers
Actual Results: With a newsgroup with 500 articles, sorted by name.
Scrolling by dragging the scrollbar thumb does not smoothly track through the
articles but rather jerks through, refreshing every second or so. Resizing a
column is also as slow.

Yep. A well known bottleneck. Reassign to hyatt, cc waterson and alecf.

Dup of 21592, which (despite being labeled as M20) is an ongoing issue that I
work on regularly.
