If you rename navigation(bookmarks) toolbar links to shorter name, it doesn't
automatically show hidden bookmarks even if there is room for them

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. have too many bookmarks in navigation toolbar (so some are hidden, you have
to click the ">>" to see them
2. rename bookmarks that you see in the toolbar to short names (so that there is
plenty of room for the first bookmark that is currently hidden)

Actual Results:
this room on toolbar stays empty

Expected Results:
show hidden bookmark that could fit in this empty space in the toolbar

under Windows too
If this is a duplicate of Bug 178120, it is fixed in the latest builds.
Can't confirm with latest nightly build on linux.
Can the reporter confirm if this is still an issue with a recent Firefox version?
