From Bugzilla Helper:
User-Agent: Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 5.01; Windows 98)
BuildID: 2000022820
Reproducible: Sometimes
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to TheOnion.com. Everything is fine.
2. Click on one of the article headlines.
3. About 80% of the time, the article page will not have a scrollbar. The rest
of the article page is truncated.
If you enter the article page's URL directly, then the page and scrollbar are
displayed correctly. You must first go to TheOnion.com home page and click on
the article link. Then the article page will be missing its scrollbar.
