If bugzilla is configured to display the "Add CC" list this list contains all the users including the users already in CC. This is confusing and allow the user to do strange operation list adding and removing a CC at the same time...

in other words "addresses already in the CC list should be excluded from the Add CC dropdown" did I get that correct? (sorry for the double spam, I goofed it up myself too)

reporter: i'm sorry i didn't find your bug. there's a patch in the other one. you're free to try to help it into cvs. i'm not wasting my time reattaching a perfectly good patch to another bug.
