If viewing a live bookmark which hasn't loaded yet, when the loading is done
there is no "open in tabs" button until you left the menu and open it again.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Have a live bookmark in your profile
2.Open firefox
3.Quickly looking in the live bookmark while it hasn't loaded yet and keep
looking until loading is done

Actual Results:  
When the bookmark has loaded there is no "open in tabs" button and you have to
close the menu and reopen it to have it.

Expected Results:  
Show the open in tabs button directly when loading is done
