When Firefox reads a bookmark file that starts as follows:

			<DT>(...some legitimate bookmarks elided)
		</DL><p>

I end up with the following problems:
- The legit Toolbar Bookmarks show up on the toolbar (rather than in a folder
named Toolbar Bookmarks, where I wanted them to be)
- There is an item Toolbar Bookmarks the is empty
- Firefox goes into an infinite lop if I try to edit bookmarks

The file comes from a URL bookmark manager (I'm trying to xfer bookmarks from
another browser), so it may be a bit odd, but surely Firefox should not freak
out like this.
