1. select any text on web page
2. file|print preview
3. close print preview

Expected results:
text still selected - selected text should be unaffected by print preview

Actual results:
text selection has been cleared/unselected

Duplicate of bug 246733 which was closed as a duplicate of bug 176611.

quite probably. I clicked commit on this one before stating I had researched it.
I can create this one under less specific conditions than bug 176611.

this is now WFM. don't know what fixed it. Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9b5pre) Gecko/2008030506 Minefield/3.0b5pre

however, for text selected in an input area, select is gone after print preview (don't happen after print, just print preview). Filed Bug 421410
