SeaMonker/linux build 2005082401

No scrollbars (neither vertical, nor horizontal) ever appear. The pages though
are scrollable with keys or mouse wheel.

The bug was introduced recently. In particular, build 2005081005 known to work fine.
Likely bug 222654.  Are you using a theme other than Classic or Modern?

Yes, I'm using Pinball theme.
