Menu commands does nothing when you open a saved message (File->Open Saved
Message) and try to copy or move it to a local folder.
It also looks like the only way to import external .eml files into Thunderbird
Even drag-n-drop of .eml files doesn't work (at least in windows)

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Take a message and save it with File->Save as->File
2. File->Open saved message
3. On the message window: Message->Move/Copy->...
4. Look in the destination folder

Actual Results:
Nothing

Expected Results:
Should have imported the message into Thunderbird

The opeing issues are resolved by now in the nigtlies (bug 217149 and/or bug
242959). Message Move/Copy is not working, so this message should probably be
duped to bug 268746.
