If user manually sets Firefox to request permission to close when multiple tabs
are present, this feature does not work when the browser is in full screen mode.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.open multiple tabs
2.turn on full screen
3.use the X on the top-right corner to close browser

Actual Results:  
Firefox, set to ask permission to close multiple tabs, does not ask for premission.

Expected Results:  
Firefox should have ask permission to close multiple tabs when in full screen.

Using Qute3 theme with Tabbrowser Preferences 1.2.7.1
