I was trying to upload a new version of my extension (print.xpi). But the server
gave an error:

"ERROR!! This extension does NOT belong to the author logged in."

I originally wrote this Print extension sometime last year, long before the
Developer Control Panel website was created. So now I created a new account and
tried to upload the new version but always received the above error.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Log on to Developer Control Panel web site
(https://addons.mozilla.org/developers/)
2.Click on "Add New Extension..." link
3.Browse to an appropriate extension file (print.xpi)
4.Click Next button

Actual Results:
Received the following error:

ERROR!! This extension does NOT belong to the author logged in.
Terminating...

Expected Results:
Upload my extension to the server.
I'm getting this for my extension too.

I registered my "URL Link" extension a couple of years ago, but because updating the page via the bugzilla mechanism was a tad tedious, I left it alone for a bit. With the new addons site, I figured I'd get it all up to date, but trying to get past the first 'upload' page gives the above error.

How do I pursuade the site that I *am* the original author?

One old ref. to the extension is:

https://addons.mozilla.org/extensions/moreinfo.php?id=403

I think it ended up on another number as well for firefox (it works with both).
I can confirm this as well. I'm trying to submit an update to GrayModern, but because it's been quite a few months since I last updated and UMO/AMO has seen a few revisions since then, it doesn't realize I'm the actual author. I am seeing the same message when I try to update my theme:

This extension does NOT belong to the author logged in.

Can someone work on this or provide a workaround? I'm getting bombarded with requests to make a 1.5-compatible version of GrayModern available.

Thanks in advance!
