If I print a XML file with a CSS description the page break for the first page 
is calculated wrong. There is at least one line of the table missing.

I detected the error already in FF 1.0.4 and following including DeerPark A 2.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open the XML file
2.Select Print/Preview
3.Look at the bottom of page one.
