Details

User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8b4) Gecko/20050908 Firefox/1.4
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8b4) Gecko/20050908 Firefox/1.4

I installed Mozilla Thunderbird 1.5 Beta 1 and during setup I chose to import my
settings from MS Outlook Express. When I checked the configuration I found that
the port numbers of the POP3 and SMTP servers where not imported and had
defaulted to the defaults (110 and 25).
I had several acounts defined in MS Outlook Express.
My OS was Microsoft Windows Server 2003 with Service Pack 1.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Configure MS Outlook Express with several accounts using non standard port
numbers, e.g. POP3=10110, SMTP=10025.
2. Install Mozilla Thunderbird 1.5 Beta 1, select custom with the defaults and
choose to import the settings from MS Outlook Express.
3. Check the configuration in Mozilla Thunderbird.

Actual Results:
All the POP3 and SMTP port numbers are set to the default values, i.e. 110 and 25.

Expected Results:
The port number should be the ones that were defined in MS Outlook Express.
OS: Windows XP → Windows Server 2003
Version: unspecified → 1.5
I had exactly the same problem with Thunderbird 1.5: I had a non-default SMTP port set, and it was ignored, and set to 25 after importing settings from OE.
Same here with Tb 1.5.0.4, Outlook 2000 (not OE!) on XP Home
