Steps to reproduce:
1. Right-click a bookmarks toolbar item.
2. Select "Properties" or "Delete".

Result: Nothing happens.

Workaround: Use the bookmarks sidebar instead.

Marcia sees this too on Mac, but rebron doesn't see it on Windows, so it could
be Mac-only.

I see this bug on both trunk and Gecko1.8 branch.
Could be related: bug 305833, bug 291781.
